50% deposit upon acceptance of the quote.

Payment is required within 7 days of completion.

If rock or extremely hard ground is encountered extra costs will apply.

Quoted price is dependent on MOC’s report on underground assets.

All Water Authority fees & applications to be paid by other prior to the commencement of works.  Any extra / further works that may arise once works commence will incur additional charges.  It is expected that excavation work may result in earth subsiding, if additional work is required extra charges will apply.  If contaminated soil, rock, bitumen etc is found extra charges will apply.  

All materials & equipment is still the property of Donnaz Undergrounds Pty Ltd
until all payments have been made in full (unless provided by the customer).
